In a WooTrain Leadership Forum, 5-8 members meet once a month to work through business obstacles and develop better leadership skills. The forum-style approach takes advantage of each leader’s unique perspective and insight while allowing the entire group to offer guidance in a friendly but challenging environment.
The meetings will focus on issues facing decision makers including team building, goal setting, obstacles to growth and the importance of morale.
As an executive coach and the facilitator of the forum, my goal is to help leaders cultivate higher emotional intelligence, communicate with greater impact and influence, think more strategically, manage stress, prioritize and delegate more effectively.
Whether you want to close a skill gap or increase your capacity to lead with greater impact and influence, I believe the Leadership Forum can be one of the most important keys to your future success.
Today’s businesses are moving at a faster pace than ever before — often with fewer resources — so disruptions, distractions, and exhaustion are the norm.
The forum will focus on what drives performance by helping you achieve measurable results and sustainable change — not only for yourself, but also for your team and entire organization.
Vince Lombardi said “Leaders are made. They are not born.”
